What's next?
Your coordinator is either located at the Faculty of Social Sciences or at the External Relations Section. Your coordinator will contact you in February/March for exchange studies in the autumn semester and in September/October for exchange studies in the spring semester. Your coordinator will informe you about the next steps, important dates, etc.
The coordinator will send your contact details to the host university and you will then start to prepare the application to the host university. You will receive information about how to proceed and your coordinator will guide you in the process.
Kick off information meeting for nominated students
Students nominated for exchange in the autumn semester will be invited to a kick-off and information meeting in the spring semester. Students nominated for exchange studies in the spring semester will be invited to a kick-off and information meeting in October. A few students going to countries outside of Europe in Spring will hear from their coordinator at External Relations almost a year in advance because they need to send in an application very early.
At the Kick-off meeting we will talk about the exchange process in its entirety, including what you need to think about when it comes to course selection and credits. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and you will also have the opportunity to meet students going to the same university, country or region as you.
